How FTC Credits work
Data costs money to pull, so metered work runs on one monthly allowance instead of a stack of separate bills. You always see included, used and remaining in the app.
What credits pay for
Lead Builder property pulls, skip tracing, TraceAI, AI comps and OfferBot. A Lead Builder property or an API skip trace is 5 credits, a standard skip trace or a TraceAI run is 1.
What is always free
The CRM, contracts, e-signature, buyer matching, calculators, education, and both AI coaches — Ask Shelly and ScriptCoach — cost zero credits on every plan.
Shared on Teams
Teams gets one shared pool of 2,500 credits a month that any member can spend, so you are not juggling per-seat top-ups across the team.
Custom on Enterprise
Enterprise accounts get a custom monthly allowance sized to the volume you actually pull, set during onboarding.

How much does Flip The Contract cost?
FTC Pro is $85 per month and includes 2 seats. FTC Teams is $299 per month and includes up to 10 seats on one shared workspace. Enterprise pricing is custom for operations that need unlimited seats. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts on any plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts start with a 3-day free trial of FTC Pro. A card is collected when you start so your account can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not billed.
What are FTC Credits?
FTC Credits are the single monthly allowance that powers metered work: Lead Builder property pulls, skip tracing, TraceAI, AI comps and OfferBot. Pro includes 500 credits a month and Teams includes 2,500 shared credits. Ask Shelly and ScriptCoach cost zero credits on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month to month. Cancel from Settings whenever you want and you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Pro and Teams from Settings at any time, and your CRM, contracts, buyers and deal history carry over with you. Upgrading to Teams adds seats immediately.
What is included in the 2 Pro seats?
Pro is built for a two-person operation: one acquisition seat and one disposition seat. Each seat gets its own login and the pair share the same CRM, contracts and buyer list. If you need more than two people, FTC Teams supports up to 10.
Do I need to pay extra for contracts?
No. All seven standard wholesale contract types — Purchase & Sale, Assignment, Double-Close, Joint Venture, Option, Novation and Letter of Intent — are included on Pro and above for all 50 states, with e-signature and the contract vault.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
